Kentucky's medical program is now on it's way and is expected to be up and running by January 1st, 2023.

Kentucky's program is unique in that it will not have dispensaries to purchase products in the state of Kentucky, at least to start.

Instead, patients who have received a written certification from a provider in Kentucky will be able to purchase marijuana products outside of the state and then legally possess these products while in Kentucky.

According to the most recent information released by the state, you'll just need to get certified by a provider in Kentucky to receive your written certification that will allow you to possess pot.

At this time there is no planned state registration or additional steps for after receiving your written certification.

This means you'll be able to see the doctor, get your certification the same day and then immediately start enjoying the benefits of being a Kentucky medical patient!

At this time you can sign up to get PRE-REGISTERED with Green Health Docs and save $50!

Getting pre-registered means that a Green Health Docs representative will review your current health situation and supporting medical documentation to ensure you're ready to be seen and certified by a provider when the time comes.

Once the program goes live and we can start issuing written certifications, our pre-registered patients will be the first patients we contact to get fully certified.

Keep in mind that appointments will increase to $200 once the program is up and running, so one of the main benefits of pre-registering is to save $50 toward your certification.

You will need a valid photo ID and if possible, proof of your qualifying medical condition such as medical records, a letter from your doctor, or prescription pill bottles.

If you don't have medical documentation, you can most likely still get certified as long as you legitimately have one of the qualifying conditions or symptoms and our doctor can verify this during your evaluation.

Only a licensed medical marijuana provider can determine if you qualify for the program, so we cannot guarantee your approval. However, if you do not get approved by our doctor you will receive a FULL refund!

We want to make this process 100% RISK-FREE for you!
