Texas Medical Marijuana Card Renewal Online

Your Texas medical marijuana prescription is valid for one (1) year from the date it was issued. If you're a Green Health Docs patient, we will contact you when your card is nearing expiration to set up a renewal consultation with our doctor.

Our doctor will enter a new prescription for you after each renewal consultation.  Once your new prescription is on file you can immediately purchase medical marijuana again.

The cost for a renewal consultation with our doctor is $200.

Yes! The state of Texas is currently allowing patients to renew their medical marijuana cards online via telemedicine.  This means you can get recertified from the comfort of your own home using a smartphone, tablet, or computer.  Telemedicine is the most convenient way to renew your medical marijuana card.

Make sure you have a device such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet that has internet access and a working camera.

Once your appointment is scheduled, you’ll immediately receive a confirmation email.  The confirmation email will have your intake form, which you’ll want to complete as soon as possible (it typically takes less than 10 minutes).  This email will also have the link to access your online appointment.  Click the link at your scheduled appointment time to access the virtual waiting room, and from there, our doctor will start the video call.

Yes, you can! If your previous doctor is unavailable or if you weren't satisfied with their services, Green Health Docs will be happy to help you renew your medical card.

Yes, you may continue using the same medical documentation for each follow-up consultation with our doctor.  However, you'll still need to fill out a new intake form, which will be found in your confirmation email once you've scheduled an appointment.

Only our doctor can determine if you qualify, so we cannot guarantee your approval. However, if we assess you and find that you do not qualify, you will receive a 100% refund. There’s no risk in scheduling your evaluation!
