Little Rock requires that patients looking to register for a medical marijuana card meet specific requirements.
You must be an Arkansas resident. There is no age requirement, however, patients under the age of 18 will need a parent or guardian to register as their caregiver.
To qualify, you must be diagnosed with one of the following state-approved medical conditions:
• Cancer
• Glaucoma
• HIV / AIDS
• Hepatitis C
• Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis
• Tourette’s syndrome
• Crohn’s disease
• Ulcerative colitis
• Post-traumatic stress disorder

• Intractable pain lasting more than six (6) months

• Seizures / epilepsy
• Severe and persistent muscle spasms including those characteristic of multiple sclerosis
