Refund Policy

Green Health Docs offers a 100% money-back guarantee for certification appointments if you are not approved for medical cannabis by the provider.

Once you are approved by a provider through Green Health Docs, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

If you were approved by a provider through Green Health Docs but the state organization for medical cannabis denies your application, or if you're ineligible to apply with the state as a medical patient, we will not be able to issue you a refund for your certification appointment.

Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method that was used at the time of booking. Payments cannot be refunded after 1 year from the original payment date.

Cancelations / Missed Appointments

You must cancel your appointment with Green Health Docs at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund.

Missed or canceled appointments that were scheduled for the same day will not be eligible for a refund.
